Few men ever want to be President. The job seems to call to those who enjoy and thrive in a very high-stress position.

In ways, Presidents remind me of professional sports players; most are at their best when the heat is on and time is short. And when those days come to an end, all the energy goes out of their lives.

Eisenhower had a severely bad heart during both his terms, Kennedy had a terminal progressive disease that kept him in constant pain, Johnson's heart was bad, Nixon had blood clot problems, but they all wanted all the presidency they could get.

The Presidents like Reagan, the Bushes, Obama, Carter- the guys who enjoy being physically active and fit- all seem to age more in office than those who are in bad physical shape. The job is sedentary in it's nature. A cripple can do it, and we have had some of them.

I think Trump's health might not be the best, but he's physically active.
I am pretty sure he won't keel over while in office, but like many in the list above, he might not last long once he's out of office.

One thing is for sure; if Trump's heart does betray him, his odds of survival are pretty darned good. He has the best of our medical care at his disposal at all times, even if he's out of the country. The most serious thing that would weigh against his survival is his age, and he's no worse at 71 than millions of other men are.

Even semi-fit men are living longer now, and Trump has no other life-threatining vices other than his diet.

He is morbidly obese and sedentary. That is a life-threatening condition.

Trump's doctor said that Trump has high cholesterol and is on statins. Trump's not a healthy eater either. His excess weight is around his abdomen area and this is the highest risk for heart attack or stroke.

I've never seen President Trump lose his enthusiasm/energy.
If he was allowed I bet he'd be President beyond 2024.
This must be why his handlers have scheduled a stop for one
day in Hawaii on his way to Asia so as not to tax the old man too much.
Also while there ,scheduled several golf outings , short brief meetings to keep
him relaxed and rested, handlers don't want to
over work or stress Trump too much.
Trump also have requested that he be served his regular diet( steaks and french fries) , no
Asian foods for him.

It's not? I'm being serious...I've seen that pic quite a few times...it looks like him but I'd still like to know the truth. Thanks.
