Is this not Donna's "Yes, I am gay" moment? While the basis is correct and this hopefully does throw the last shovel of dirt on the grave of Hillary's political aspirations, she still will not come completely clean.

She knew what was going on well before being asked to take over. It doesn't excuse her cheating to help Hillary and there is still NO proof the Russians stole the emails.

As an aside......my wife is the treasurer of the local High School band boosters. She must provide a financial statement to every officer once a month. Donna can not claim ignorance here.
About 1/3 the way through, I smelled a book. No surprise to learn at the end of the link her book comes out next week.

I am the Treasurer of my HOA. I provide a monthly financial statement to the board every month. They are free to question anything. I am required by law to share the statement with any owner upon ther request. All owners get a copy of the proposed, approved budget and annual financial statement.

Where was the DNC board while all this was going on?

As a Democrat, I'm appalled by the (alleged) conduct of the DNC and the Clinton campaign

Brazile’s damning op-ed in Politico outlined the shocking truth behind the curtains at the DNC. While many speculated that the DNC was shilling for Hillary Clinton through the 2016 primaries, I don’t know if anyone truly recognized the extent of the institutionalized shadow management of the DNC by the Clinton campaign. I certainly didn’t. I’ve been involved in the Democratic Party in Ohio and nationally for roughly two decades.

As a Democrat, I am ashamed and appalled by the alleged conduct of the DNC and the Clinton campaign in the last cycle as outlined by Brazile in Politico.

...
Yes, presidential nominees customarily take over the party — but after they have secured the nomination. This arranged marriage between the Clinton campaign and the DNC occurred in 2015, months before she clinched the nomination.

Hillary essentially purchased the DNC to do her campaign’s bidding. I’m not sure what is worse: Her exploitation of the party’s shortcomings or the DNC being willing to throw all ethical conventions out the window just to stay afloat.

Did you read the Politico article? The Clinton's basically bought the DNC, and Debbie Was-Schz was the turnstile. She did their bidding and kept everyone else in the dark. Brazille had no idea how bad things were when she took over.

The Clintons are officially, totally, completely excommunicated from the Democrat Party if Brazile felt free to say what she said about Hillary. We should all rejoice....Dems and Repubs.

Maybe the Democratic Party is finally ready to stop being "The Clinton Party". That would be wonderful.

I think most of you salivating over this from a conservative/GOP perspective are missing the gist of what I stated in 147. Donna Brazile is a party liner - she does what is necessary for her party. I respect her for that. Due to the bold, she put this piece out right now in order to restructure her beloved party and sweep out the old and welcome the new. She also embraced the cause of Bernie in this piece, which the party can use to bring in more millenials and gen Z to bolster the Dems chances come 2018 and 2020.

This was a political strategy. Brazile is a strategist and manager for the party. It will be interesting to see what occurs in the DNC over the next 6 months as we lead up to the mid-term elections since this piece by her echoes a lot of the sentiments of the people I know who are DNC delegates and party members - that they need to stop letting these old fogeys be the face of the DNC and they need to come together again in the near future. This is a very interesting time IMO politically for Democrats.
Really - she seems to leave out her missteps...

Don't fall for Donna Brazile's teary-eyed 2016 DNC tell-all

Also notable is what’s missing from Brazile’s story. There are no mentions, for example, of her personal involvement in tilting the Democratic primary in Clinton’s favor. There are also no mentions of Brazile’s brazen lies after it was revealed she fed debate questions to the former secretary of state.

...
Brazile claimed she was distraught when she discovered the Clinton campaign had financially gutted the DNC, and that leadership appeared to be complicit in this. Brazile also writes that she was very sad when she had to call Sanders to tell him she believed the Clinton campaign had indeed acted unethically during the primary.

This is pretty rich considering Brazile personally contributed to rigging things in Clinton’s favor during the Democratic primaries. Brazile spent weeks lying about it. None of this is mentioned in her story as it appeared Thursday in Politico, obviously, because this isn’t about telling the truth. It’s about saving face.

I did. Brazile claims that despite being an officer she had no clue what it's financial state was.

That is the best thing. This DNC collusion and paying for Dossier in the name of opposition research is going to affect them a lot. They should just blame everything on them and move away from them.

That's what I believe, does not make that fact.
I've covered this many times. There isn't a state that Hillary won that Sanders would not. Sanders beat Hillary in both Wisconsin and Michigan. He would have won those. That leaves Pennsylvania. Trump squeaked it out because Hillary took it for granted but Sanders never would have.

These kinds of deflections are stupid. I posted the article. I supported Sanders.

Corruption just EVERYWHERE coming out nowadays. Whether by accident or on purpose, Mr. Trump really is draining the SWAMP.

Just corrupt politics - outside countries paying lobbyists to influence our own government officials - and THIS is the government gun grabbers want us to turn our guns over to???

Not going to happen. They are so dirty and corrupt - the Deep State is just so toxic.

NEVER give up your Second Amendment gun ownership rights, good men and women of America, to this corrupt government that every day is working against our own interests.
