Papa Johns sells some of the worst pizza available, maybe he should do something about that instead of blaming it on black men. Papa John's pizza is basically inedible, most people I know won't eat it even if it is free. A charity that I volunteer for told the local franchise that we didn't need them to donate free pies anymore, we couldn't even give that crap away.
Articles like the one you reference that irresponsibly and erroneously frame what the Papa John CEO said as a race issue are the reason Dems, and specifically Leftists, are not taken seriously.

John Shnatter is a POS. My gf was a manager of one of their stores for years and the guy is not a good/nice person.
Their pizza is...whatever. It's like Dominoes or PH - it's just ok chain pizza. I don't go out of my way to get it in fact when I did the last time I was dissapointed with it.
I don't care if their sales suffer. John Schnatter already is a billionaire - I don't CARE if he gets more money that he already has. He's a POS.
MOREOVER:
The players are hurting their own brand. Whether progressives want to admit it or not. Their "cause" is nonsense and just cultural marxist propaganda.
Their next CBA is going to be great entertainment, because they are going to realize how much they have hurt themselves and those coming up behind them. They have been stupid throughout all of this.
