Since I’ve seen no accounts of Europeans finding starving Africans in Zimbabwe when they arrived, the question is this: how were Zimbabweans feeding themselves before white men areived?
Asking white farmers to come back isn’t the answer and it won’t help matters. It’ll only set the stage for another expulsion of whites from the land at a later date. They need to figure it out on their own.
A smart white farmer would poison the food and slowly kill off the population. If I was living there I would be leery of letting the guy I stole land from grow and feed me anything.

Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) became independent from Britain after a nearly 20 year long war of independence, which led to Mugabe coming in.
Northern Rhodesia (Zambia), OTOH, became independent from Britain peacefully and without a hitch.
Zambia is not doing that great now but it is doing considerably better than Zimbabwe is. Its government, while admittedly crappy by western standards, looks quite good compared to Zimbabwe's. It's at least politically and economically stable.
Something went right in Northern Rhodesia that didn't in Southern Rhodesia.
And I hope all those white farmers gave Mugabe a hearty FU.
Yeah, ok...give Mugabe an FU. Then what? They can’t afford land lots anywhere near that size elsewhere. If they could, they wouldn’t have went on a homocidal rampage trying so hard to keep Rhodesia in the first place.

They appointed a crook to lead them who destroyed the economic infrastructure of the country while enriching himself, his family and cronies. A leader who has been accused of crimes against humanity and who is now forbidden to travel to almost any western country. Yet Mugabe isn't going anywhere.
And as a result, they are now starving to death and no solution on the horizon. The great experiment based on race, failed.
And yet you don't see one word about these violent, racist policies on CNN, MSNBC or the rest of the left-wing news. But of course #whitelivesdontmatter.

Since when do you folks care about people appointing crooks to lead them? Please! Your government has appointed crooks to lead people all over the world, including Africa. Mobutu in the Congo was one of the biggest crooks and murderers of all time, and he was our man. We killed his predecessor just so we could put the guy in power. Gimme a break.
There would’ve never been a Mobutu if white Rhodesians hadn’t tried to subjugate and humiliate native Zimbabweans on their own soil with their own home grown version of Apartheid. What Mugabe did was stupid, but certainly a natural reaction to decades of white dominance.
BTW...Rhodesia was an experiment based on race, but you most certainly approved of that one, didn’t you? Well, it failed too, so at least your point is consistent. LOL
