The people of Zimbabwe suffers much in the same way the people of North Korea suffer from their political regime. You can't do trade with tyranny, and the tyrants keep all the country's goods to themselves.
A smart white farmer would poison the food and slowly kill off the population. If I was living there I would be leery of letting the guy I stole land from grow and feed me anything.

There was also a large number of Afrikaners and descendants of White South Africans. There was also a significant number or people from Eastern Europe who escaped from behind the Iron Curtain during the cold war. Southern Rhodesia welcomed them. Now all that skill and knowledgebase is gone and the people can't feed themselves.

They are indeed British. Rhodesia was a British colony not a French, Portuguese, Belgian, or Spanish colony.
They sure as hell won’t farm lots the size of what they had. And it’s more likely that they’ll simply RUN farms in other places, but their days as an elite class of gentleman farmers are OVER.

Farmland that already has farmers on it. Don’t get cute. And White Zimbabweans don’t have the resources to buy UK farmlands.

How silly. How many people were living in Southern Rhodesia prior to the 1800s compared to now?
Figure it out? They have been at it for close to 40 years. Seems they have since given up and are begging for the Europeans to come back.
