Of course you have something against him. Your very next sentence exposes that.

The ones who who defend the rights of the individual are lame? LMAO There not the lame ones here.

Your post is a joke and exposes you as someone who cannot discuss policy because it would espose your ignorance on the subject as well as prove the policies you follow are dismal failures. But keep making things up and deflecting from policy if it helps you sleep at night.

They didn't interact. That you think Paul, innocently mowing his lawn and having an unprovoked attack against him is somehow his fault, exposes you for what you are.

Rand Paul isn't the jerk here.

Silly comment. Why is it so important to you to think there is? What proof do you have?

No proof, it's conjecture based on common sense. We're allowed to float ideas and discuss them here.

I'm still waiting for Facelift Man's lawyer to make a deal saying his client will go into rehab for addiction to painkillers.

So sue me for heresy, blasphemy, &/or apostasy.

Why would you aggressively tackle your neighbor, breaking 6 of his ribs, when you haven't talked to him in 8 years ? Dispute over lawn clippings ? Highly doubtful. Both men seem to have a vested interest in keeping the details out of the news.

Exactly. This was a very personal and vicious attack, yet no one's talking. Why?

To not cause harm to their case.

No one who actually understands the issue is saying it's about lawn clippings. That was something, someone made up. What we have heards is Boucher is upset that he can't sell his house and blames Rands trees for blocking a view. Realtors say Boucher has grossly over priced his house. That's why he can't sell it. Granted if he really wanted to sell he'd drop his price.

"Boucher has marketed the property as high as $849,500 but tax assessors say the 7,500 sq ft, two-story home is actually worth $740,000"

"Boucher, has listed his home twice in the last few years–in 2014 and in 2016. Last year it was on the market for 155 days before Boucher took it off the market, according to one agent. This is well below the average time it takes to sell a home in Rivergreen, which is more like 220 days.

He said that some wealthy people who could afford a $500,000 to $1 million home in Bowling Green were opting for newer homes and found Rivergreen a bit dated."

Doesn't sound like he "really" wants to sell. Someone in the real estate business can probably give us a better feel for this.
