Props to Trump? Or is it "fruit" of Obama's hard work?
Obama produced no fruit, just turds.

Thankfully, Trump is overturning Obama's turds as fast as he can.

I just fear Trump is going to screw it up somehow.

Lowest level of economic growth following a recession since the Great Depression.

Nothing to be proud of.

According to Trump before he took office, the economy is in shambles, real unemployment is like 25%, and the stock market is a Fed-induced bubble.

Now that he bears responsibility, suddenly it's manna falling from heaven with a golden T on each wafer!

Funny what being on the other side of the desk will do...and also when you're starved for any other accomplishments you can point to.

The unemployment rate has been steadily falling since 2009. One could argue that this 2009-2017 drop was caused by policies from GW Bush or Obama, or because of a democrat or republican congress, but not because of Donald Trump.

Trump inherited a falling unemployment rate and Trump simplify has not had the time (or passed major laws) to cause a measurable drop in unemployment.

And its the right that started this by giving Trump credit for our low unemployment rate.
The economy hasn't recovered. UE isn't a good indicator. It just tells us who is working, kind of, since it decides who is and isn't counted.

And its the left that started this by giving obama credit for our low unemployment rate.
There is little difference in the sheep of each flock.

We're setting records on the increasing number of people working low paying jobs. If that doesn't shout success I don't know what does.

Whether it was Obama policy or just American resolve.....the economy was chugging along since the big crash in 2007/2008/2009.

I know in my community huge corporations built and are still building new manufacturing plants responsible for the addition and for the future addition of thousands of jobs.

Those jobs -- that growth -- nothing to do with Trump or any changes in any policies.

It is way too early for Trump to take credit for the stock market, job market, etc. It is -- it just is way too early.

Job growth was at a record setting 75 months of growth as of last December. The fact it has continue for the next 10 months is just a continuation of the trend before. It shouldn't slow down at all. We should see continued job growth as all those manufacturing plants that are underconstruction or just about to open up will start to be adding jobs.
Matches with the election of a Republican Congress.

That might b true if that Congress did anything during that time. Just winning the election is not enough to boost an economy -- in spite of what you and President Trump think.
