Democrats don’t care about that issue. What they care about is the damage Donald Trump is doing to our country with his arrogant rhetoric that he is blasting at North Korea, the way he is cutting back on programs that help middle and lower class Americans, and the way he is degrading the reputation of the United States around the world.

Your statement is a nothing burger!

They wouldn't be like the dems/libs in CA or NYC calling everyone who lives outside those areas inbred hillbillies living in backward flyover states.

With all the anti-California threads I've seen here, I know who hates who more.

The Latino Victory Fund group in VA had an ad showing a guy driving a pick up truck with a Gillespie sticker and confederate flag running down Latino and Muslim children.

DNC Chairman Perez says Gillespie is running the negative campaign and the outcry over the commercial is just crocodile tears.

There is nothing more fake than someone calling some Group X "real" people of some sort.

Of course Republicans don't use the term 'inbred hillbillies' if they are inclined to name call..they have their own list of terrible labels.

Some of them, but you have millions in this country who are centrists because they are a mix of dem/rep.

I don't think they hate middle-America. They think that parts of the country people live a more conservative, traditional, close-knit, simple lifestyle means they aren't as intelligent.

I spend much of the last year in Nebraska and spent some time in small plains communities. They like a close-knit, simple lifestyle that is low frills and low stress. I actually admire conservative parts of middle-America very much.

The hyper-educated big city liberals though like complicate everything. They want social interaction to be complicated, they want financial and real estate to be very complicated, they want a massive legal system with hundreds of thousands of laws to complicate what is morally right and morally wrong.

They really, really look down on simple lifestyles and people though. They look down on America's farmers, ranchers, manufacturing jobs and people who build cars and tractors.

I have to say that I am not a fan of Perez, and think the party made a big mistake putting him where he is. The party needs a better leader with more curb appeal.
