Free speech insures that government is not interfere with that right, the only time this extends to private citizens/companies is if someone is illegally preventing you from expressing yourself. You have a right to say whatever the hell you want, you do not have a right to work for me if I disagree with what you are saying.
As I've said - the punishment for "free speech" comes in a different form, but it's a punishment never the less, no matter what rules you are inventing)))

You didnt distinguish between defining what is acceptable and what isnt. Making excuses now, claiming people might get harmed, reduces rights of free speech, does it not?
