Russia spent as much as $247,100 in 2016. That's a drop in the bucket compared to the 1/2 BILLION (with a B) more that Hillary spent. If you want to see financial bias then it it clear that Hillary had an unfair advantage. She still failed to sway the election. Gee! Maybe it was her platform of open borders, anti-business, calling white people "deplorables", etc that cost her the election. Liberals don't like to admit the truth.
