We have a law in my state that if you are caught with a gun that you are not licensed for, even if you only have the bullets it is a mandatory one year in prison. This is rarely ever enforced and who knows why outside the Liberal courtroom.
As we see in many cases some bozo robs a convenience store and threatens the clerk with a gun. The robbery charges are upheld but the gun violation is tossed out. Why?
We need to enforce the existing laws that only seem to impact the law abiding by the way and extend those to any criminal that is caught with an illegal gun.
I don't know why we are so lax on enforcing existing laws including those about immigration. It is almost like the progressives want to flood the country with the law less and keep those who are willing to use guns in their crimes walking the street with the good people. WHY?
