Trust in the media has plummeted. And rightfully so as we see time after time that they are no longer just telling us the facts. They are quite biased and cannot resist interjecting their own political opinions into the news. Is it possible to recover from their lack of credibility? Probably not anytime soon. Here is a great video that clearly illustrates the media credibility problem.

People could stop misrepresenting them, or turning the occasional mistake into some new world order conspiracy.

It's primarily right-wingers who don't trust mainstream news media. In general, mainstream news is doing quite well.

No conspiracy. Just Trump hate. And nobody is misrepresenting CNN. They aren't making a mistake. It's 100% intentional.

Exactly what we expected from you. You can't refute the facts so you attack the source. We understand.

Sure, if they make it a point of leaving their opinions out of reporting and simply reporting the facts. That goes for right-wing and left-wing media outlets.

Good point. There hasn't been so much mistrust in the media since Nixon was president.

Did conservatives ever complain about Fox? I don't remember seeing that - ever. It seems Trump supporters don't like any derogatory Trump information so they blame the media instead.
