Huntsville isnt a little town( it has almost 200,000 residents) and it is home to US Missile Command. Most of the people at Redstone Arsenal are not even Alabama natives.
How about you wait for the facts to come out? We've already heard how one of those "involved" has played this game before and been outed as someone who isn't credibile. Not that you care about the truth.
The people in that area don't believe the women either. See my post above if you care about the truth. Or you can just go by unfounded rumors. Either way How about you wait for the facts to come out?
Hope this helps.
I don’t have to wait to weigh the allegations against Moore. I’m not building a criminal case against him. Roy Moore admitted to dating teenagers when he was in his 30s. He sought out venues to meet teenagers he otherwise wouldn’t meet in his social and professional circle. He had a pattern. Add to this, the accusation had been corroborated by friends and family the girl had told long ago. His interview with Hannity pretty much confirmed he socialized with teens when he was in his 30s. Is it so far-fetched to think he would take advantage of a 14 year old when he already admitted to dating other teenagers? For me, no. And for most people with half a brain, no. We don’t need a jury to tell us how to judge a man’s character. This isn’t a court of law.
You can set up an artificially high bar for judging Moore’s character all you want. We all know you are just twisting yourself to defend your political darling. It’s entertaining, but ultimately pathetic.
So what about Alabama voters believing Roy Moore (or as some said, they don’t even care if the allegations were true)? While there are many reasonable and learned voters in Alabama, the reailty is that the state has a habit of electing corrupt politicians. Majority of the voters really only care if a candidate checks off the church/anti-lgbt/pro-life boxes. They will set up an artificially high bar before condemning a politician that passed the family values test, and rationalize away all indicators of bad behavior until something goes horribly awry, like a criminal conviction. It’s not surprising that high level state politicians like Hunt, Seigelman, Bentley, Hubbard, and Moore have been put in important state offices in AL. Roy Moore certainly checks all the boxes and will probably do ok in Alabama politics. But that doesn’t mean the rest of the US cannot condemn his behavior, and call him out as a creep.

Unless you have evidence that contradicts them meeting at 14, repeatedly saying it was 17 is a lie and you are negating the first half of the story to simply make Roy Moore look better.
never mind the fact that he is a horrible human being regardless.
The pressure is on the dems to pick up this Senate seat. If after these serious accusations they still can't win, what does that say about their party?

IF the GOP still hang onto this guy, I think it says a lot about their party as well.
