Yes those are possible pieces of evidence, but they're only possible if the victim reports the crime a short time after the event and gets examined pretty quickly. In a case where some time has elapsed (such as this one) proof like that is impossible.

And in the case of mere fondling or something else less forcible you're not going to be able to get that kind of evidence even if the victim reported the crime quickly.
