Many that support Moore and many who want to tar and feather him are using partisanship. I am a libertarian and don't care about all this. Just a gut feeling based on his questioning from Hannity that these accusations are likely true. He admitted everything in the WaPo story could be true up to the point of doing something illegal. And his memory seemed very clear when it benefited his defense and also foggy when it was to his benefit.

I think one GOP senator summed it up best:

GOP retreat from Moore intensifies | TheHill

“We’ll probably never know for sure exactly what happened. But from my point of view, you know, I have to say I think the accusations have more credibility than the denial. I think it would be best if Roy would just step aside,” Toomey told NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

So people who are accused should lose their jobs?

Do you want all politicians and candidates to immediately step down if there is an accusation?

Alabamans would prefer an alleged pedophile than a Democrat.

Democrats preferred an alleged rapist (Bill Clinton) over a Republican.

Neither party has much to brag about.

But Alabamans might opt for the democrat. Democrats cannot walk back the Clinton vote.

They have 37 year old hearsay on Moore.
Too bad she didn't keep the dress.

It was not good enough for Alabama politics, but with the stakes so high and the Establishment on life support, they are pulling all the nasty tricks from the bag.

I, like all of Alabama, are not buying it.
Roy Moore will be Alabama's next sitting Senator.

Also, Roy Moore is suing the Washington Post, for defamation of character, with libel.

The Washington post, better have the dress, or they may be put out of business over this.
Moore stated that Amazon, was like Standard Oil a 100 years ago, before this allegation came out.

That's why Jones pulled ahead in the polls, right? Because Moore has it in the bag?

I didn't hear specifics other than he is suing. Does the same hold true for Weinstein, Louis CK or just Moore, after all they are just hearsay.

No, according to the definition of the word it is NOT what you claim. Just thought I'd correct the inaccurate claim.

From Webster:
Definition of pedophilia
sexual perversion in which children are the preferred sexual object; specifically :a psychiatric disorder in which an adult has sexual fantasies about or engages in sexual acts with a prepubescent child

Definition of prepubescent

of, relating to, being in, or occurring in the period of development immediately preceding puberty prepubescent children prepubescent growth

Definition of puberty

1 :the condition of being or the period of becoming first capable of reproducing sexually that is brought on by the production of sex hormones and the maturing of the reproductive organs (such as the testes and ovaries), development of secondary sex characteristics (such as male facial hair growth and female breast development), and in humans and the higher primates by the first occurrence of menstruation in the female
2 :the age at which puberty occurs often construed legally as 14 in boys and 12 in girls

so if Jeff Bezos is accused of sexual misconduct 30 years ago you guys are ok with putting the WaPo and Amazon out of business?

you wouldn't need to see more than an allegation?
