The TOS prevent me from responding to you as I might be inclined.
Wrong.

A. Rape is not intercourse. Rape has a much broader definition, and is not solely defined by vaginal intercourse. Oral sex, to take an example, is statutory rape.

B. There is no allegation that no intercourse occurred. There was one of the thirty women saying there was no vaginal intercourse.

Is it possible all 30 women are lying? Yes. It is possible that Moore is only a child molester, not a rapist? Yes.

Just more political BS from the losing side. Funny how they hold off on these tales until needed!

I’m not a Trump defender at all. Some of the criticism and outrage is well deserved. Other things are not. But if you vilify one person for his/her behavior and give another a pass for the same behavior because it’s “your guy”, you’re a hypocrite.

All the posters saying “it’s the Bible thumpers, it’s the conservatives that rape and abuse women” are full of crap. Look at Hollywood. The elite liberals that were outraged against Trump for the way he treats women turn out to be worse.

The point is that politicss don’t play a part with people who abuse women. It’s not because they’re liberal or conservative, it’s because they’re scumbags. If Moore did it, he should step down. But don’t get all outraged If someone brings up Clinton. He was a decent President that was a scumbag.

Maybe the proper response is “yeah, Clinton was a womanizer and abuser. Now what? It doesn’t change a thing about Moore.”

Clearly you need to notify the government they are wrong

Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape.

The GOP elected a guy to be POTUS, who admitted he molested women. The Deep Red state of Alabama will send a pedophile to the Senate.

Not at all, so very easy to do.

Not unlike the racist graffiti we so often hear about only to discover the graffiti was done by the "victim" of the racist attack.

If you were 50 and I'm 30 all I have to do to completely destroy your life is to make the claim that you put the moves on me 17 years ago when I was 13 and you were 33. If I could find a photo of your living room, perhaps a Christmas morning photo taken in 2000, all I have to do is describe the furniture and you are toast. Life as you know it with your spouse, relatives, friends and co-workers would be over because any defense you make will fall on deaf ears.

It feels like the 1980's and early 90's when we were dealing with the McMartin Pre-School and the Wenatchee child abuse prosecutions of the early 90's. Lives were destroyed, families torn apart on total lies about everything. Oh, and don't forget about the Duke Lacrosse rape case that practically destroyed the lives of a number of young men one of which was never even there.

Today's political climate reminds me of the era of U.S. Diplomacy and Yellow Journalism, 1895–1898 that was instrumental in getting us involved in the Spanish American War. Everything based on lies but people believed it because it was in the newspaper.

The big problem is the best people will refuse to get involved in politics in order to avoid the possibility of being targeted and we'll be left with the Anthony Weiner types because they really don't care.

Because that would be a lie. There is no evidence that B. Clinton was an abuser.

And saying "whatabout a President from 30 years ago" is an insanely sad defense. What about Napoleon, or Julius Caesar?
