19 years is above the age of consent so no crime was committed - unlike with Moore, nobody said Kennedy was a great example of morality, and he's rather dead and not running for office.

Why JFK would prefer to cavort with mob mistresses and movie stars and miss spending what precious time he had on earth with a fascinating woman who was devoted to him is anybody's guess.

In business, any level of management consorts with lower level person, and that person wants revenge for a perceived slight or word gets out, guess who is held responsible?
The law considers any management level that has power over a subordinate to be responsible. Age is irrelevant, So if JFK or Clinton have an illicit affair with a woman of legal age, over which they hold power, and that affair is considered unethical, the perp would be JFK and BC.
Exactly why now a breathalyzer is required before consumating a collusion of body parts. If she was over so many parts per million, and over legal age of consent, you would still be in trouble.
