It's ok, you don't have to care.

"John Oliver summarises Trumps first year and the tactics he employs to avoid consequences."

If ANYONE in politics has "avoided consequences" it's Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Both of them have been given a total pass by the media.

The president is shifty, his spokespeople are shifty, and some of the posters here are doing the same thing. They can not defend the indefensible.

"Look at that shiny object over there!"

If people have to resort to such tactics continually they can not be trusted (and that goes for president Flim-Flam bigly). They are up to no good.

Yes exactly.
I couldn't help but be amused by those responses. It's tough to have a decent or intelligent comeback when the thread is shining a light on deflection techniques.

One poster didn't even wait two minutes before finding the need to type something, anything - doesn't matter what.

John Oliver? I remember back in early 2016 when libs on social media were gleefully sharing a avudeo
Of his they said "ended Trump's campaign"

I also remember him saying he will write Trump a campaign check to run for president since no one wants him to be be president

Also think Wilileaks showed he was corresponding with the Clinton campaign

Wow he really has the playbook of 3/4 of this board pegged. After I read this, then watched John Oliver last night, I've just been going through the threads and picking them off everywhere. It's like a contagious disease.
