If its necessary or wanted, it will be provided in the marketplace. C'mon is it that hard to imagine?

A feudal society perhaps?

Stop wanting? You think Joe Sixpack in low tax Mexico or Guatemala dont want it? When clean drinking water costs billions of dollars to invest in, pipes are rusty and its not profitable, than people of limited means will have to go without. Whats so great about moving towards a low tax Mexican and Guatemalan society of even higher inequality and even more despair and social problems?

Except again, it would have to be paid for by tolls or user fees, and everyone would have to pay the same $ amount, which the lower classes can't afford to do

The "your share" and the amount you cite is usually what these arguments devolve into.

Am I forcing my views on a thief when I defend myself and others from them? Either way, it's offensive force that I have an issue with, not defensive.

Hyperbole. I can use the other extreme like the former Soviet Union, Cuba, Venezuela and North Korea as examples of failed extreme socialism too.

Mexico today would be a paradise compared to those socialist republics.

It's basic logic and math.

I think 90% of these so-called libertarians would stop being libertarians if we ended means-testing in America. Means testing the safety net instead of universal programs is an ingenious way by the ruling class to pit the middle class against the poor.

Yes, it is because for the life of me I can't think of a real-life example of when this happened.
