You guys on the left are a complete joke.. it wasnt that long ago you guys were attacking Romney and others for simply a hint of a reduction in loans, 1/4 of a point or so, and claiming these could be considered bribes, but Clinton, gets $140 million and you guys dont even think it should be looked into..

... I listened and didn't hear Shep exonerate anyone. He asked questions and pointed out that certain items could not be verified, so we have to take the word of whomever Shep is quoting.
The Clinton Foundation was up to its ears in questionable practices and quid pro quo arrangements. The water is so murky that it may take a special prosecutor to unravel the mess so that we can see the facts.
I don't think a special prosecutor will ever succeed. They may find a person here and there who is guilty and may even deliver out some jail time for some minor people.
And that's fine. As long as the Clinton machine is destroyed and everyone within the organization is forced to spend time and money to defend themselves and those same people are reduced in power the way Huma Abadin is, America will be better off.

Not disagreeing with anything you wrote, but the Clintons are private citizens and if they are investigated it shouldn't be any different from any other white-collar criminal investigation.
FOX News (aka State Media) is spending hours a night crafting this controversy as a counterpoint to the FBI investigation of the Trump campaign. The Clinton Foundation is a private entity, like the Trump Foundation. The Clintons are private citizens. The FBI investigation impacts not only the current administration, but the American election process itself. That is much more important than whether a so-called charity (like those run by the Clintons and Trumps) have been making shady financial arrangements.

It does provide some entertainment value to raw news. Juan Williams is just laughable. It's almost as though he is told how to respond and is rehearsed. It's an act, and he's very predictable.
