I side with the police department on this one. Freedom of speech is only free if you aren't offending half the people in town and subjecting little kids to F bombs on your vehicles. I would make this person remove their sticker simply because of the factor of little kids being able to see it.
I see she's included a F the police officer who pulled her over to her back window mural.
Say, I wonder what the law is for visibility out of the rear window in a non commercial vehicle?
