He rants and raves and offers few solutions for problems.
He's argumentative -- that's his celebrity character.
Can you give one example?
For example, about DACA, he said those people should be determined on the individual basis instead of as a group. If the individual assimilate to American culture, obeys the laws and is a contributing person, then let them go back the line and apply for green card. Others must be deported.
I like Ben I subscribe to his Daily Wire channel but I don't listen to him all of the time. We need smart younger guys like him instead of all of the same ole same ole cronies.
I think he tries to be somewhat moderate and not too extreme like a Hannity or something.
I'd like to see him and Sam Harris do a show together...not one where they're arguing or debating each other, but just discussing things and bantering back and forth.
He blames government rather than the people running government. This is the equivalent of liberals blaming the gun, and not the person holding it(even though liberals dont actually do that).
Racist in control of government create racist laws. Those racist were the majority at one point, the 60's were the turning point.

Uhm, that's not what he said really. He basically said that back in the 50's the govt wanted segregation more than the people did. Woolworth's desegregated their stores on their own, they didn't care what the govt said. Because they made more money by having a desegregated store.
The free market cares more about money than the color of skin.
I think his point was quite often the govt doesn't really care about the will of the people, or what the people really want or need.

1. that is really what he said.
2. he assumes government wanted it more than the people did, but that is just that an assumption. I would argue that Jim Crow existed more to have a legal standing on which to punish blacks rather than to just have segregation.
3.Woolworth only desegregated stores in 4 store in North Carolina and South Carolina. . In the rest of the South, they didnt desegregate until after the civil rights act was passed. Which again, shows the fallacies Shapiro pedals.
And lets be clear, Woolworth didnt lose money because people were against them, they lost money because the people doing the sit ins and the reporters reporting on it werent buying food/werent allowed to buy food.
Thats not consumer backlash, its lack of access. There is a gigantic difference .

His point was that government was the problem rather than the humans behind it, thats the flaw in his argument. If he had actually been arguing what you claim, my comment wouldnt exist in its context.

The free market does not have principles, but people do. racist and homophobes tend to not care about the free market
Ben Shapiro is a great example when debating leftists. Just look at their faces when he asks them questions.
