Hospital? You said the taxpayer is picking up the tab, and now you just proved my point. If they are paying the IRS, then obviously that makes THEM the taxpayer.

Why are you having such a had time with this?

This is really important to note.

Many states chose not to take the federal money for Medicare. (South Carolina).

That's on the Republican state govt.

You do understand its the taxpayer who picks up the cost of the subsidies right?

Thats completely different than those who DONT have insurance and thus leaves the hospital with NOTHING from the visit, and paying a fine, does not cover the hospital tab AT ALL...

Unless the fines, are then passed through to the hospitals to cover costs, and not the insurance industry, then the taxpayer, paying the fine, is NOT contributing to spread the cost of insurance because THEY DONT HAVE ANY..

Why are YOU having such a hard time with this?

The argument can be made that the ACA hurt the American people. It sure didn't help me and the millions like me that already had health insurance. It is a bad law and will always be a bad law. We could have had Universal Health care or single payer Health Care. Instead we got stuck with Obama care.
