The 2008 vote was arguable but claimed by Hillary.

We can change the vote of record to accommodate Hillary next time and then change it back for any subsequent democrat candidate.

The electoral college save the country from rule by an incompetent criminal in 2008 and 2016. 2012 was a rigged election by suppressing the conservative vote, weaponizing federal agencies to intimidate voters and the media, spied on using false warrants and judge shopping, use of a propaganda machine which never challenged the claim the world was a more tranquil place, AQ was on the run and a video caused the attack in Benghazi. So a corrupt Obama admin neutralized the electoral college in 2012.
So many just like you are in fantasy land. Comrade! Are you one of those that went with the story line of the sex abuse ring under the restaurant? VERY LIKELY IMO.

I don't think it is a matter of bragging. Losing the electoral college was a difficult blow and no one will dispute that. However, the Donald did not get the largest crowd size ever for his inauguration and he did not win a plurality of the voters. By and large the people didn't want him. To underscore that point, less people wanted him in office than 'crooked Hillary'. That is how poorly the man is regarded.

The claim that millions of illegal immigrants voted is baseless. The Trump camp was trying to establish that they have a mandate from the people for their agenda, and that is simply not the case. More voters opposed the Donald than supported him.

He isn't the first president to win the white house without a majority of the voters behind him at first, it is nothing to be ashamed of, but it places an additional burden on the administration to find some way of working for the common good and bringing the nation together.

Had he pivoted toward accommodation to be president of all the people, this would not be an issue. The man simply will not take his fellow citizens into account in his decision making. He acts more like a rampaging conqueror than a man of the people, so they will not support him and his close circle of billionaires.
What a crock.

Trump could print out Hillary's agenda, follow it to the letter/to a T, and the hate wouldn't diminish at all.

(and no, I'm neither a Trump supporter, nor a Republican)

They've got Trump usually sitting in the oval.

Hillary is sitting in Chappaqua, or Manhattan, or wherever....but not in the oval.

Wrong.

I'm neither a Trump supporter, nor a Republican, but it's still fun to needle progressives who don't want to admit what a terrible candidate Hillary was.

I don't really hear anyone talk about it unless some Trump supporter talks about Trump winning like he was the most popular candidate, which is factually untrue.

It is all they have to brag about. Imagine the embarrassment they suffered after all their claims that Trump wouldn't even get the nomination. I also believe that this is a part of the stance attempting to move the nomination to "Hillary Clinton 2020".

Birthers Birthers Birthers.

8+ years looking to remove Obama from office over that.

Weekly threads about "bombshell breaking news" that would then never materialize.
Talk about getting milked and milked. Any posters here willing to admit they donated money to Sheriff Joe or others to solve the birther mystery?

Meet the new sheep. Same as the old sheep.

Hillary won the popular vote is 100% coming out of the Hillary camp to try to cement her as the 2020 candidate despite a normal procedure of not running again.

Despite recent dust-ups with the DNC, she still is the big money fundraiser and has the DNC packed with loyalists.
