The Russian now own a large percentage of S. Florida - much that they have bought through Trump and his licensees. They also have some nice anchor baby setups so preggy Ruskies can have their babies in Trump and other buildings in "Florida's Russian Coast" Sunnyside, Florida).
Lots of the oligarchs and criminal elements.....anyone with money from Russia...down there. Normal people in Russia could never buy a condo in Florida. You are either a friend of a friend of Putin or part of a criminal org.
