One of the joys of being a conservative is making fun of liberals like Lena.
She tweeted just last summer that women don't lie about rape but then calls this accuser a liar. And nevermind that she had to retract her own rape allegation in her book against a student at her college.

I've been around my share of hipsters. I have never been called the "n" word by a hipster. I have never been bullied or harassed by a hipster because of my race. The times I dealt with the most racism were
1) Dealing with rednecks in high school (getting called the "N" word and a few even threatened to hang me by a rope).
2) Working in a restaurant and dealing with racially motivated bullying from my Hispanic co-workers (I got called the "n" word in Spanish, and was subjected to racist jokes)
3) Getting made fun of by several people (Whites and Blacks) because I "talk like a White guy".
None of those instances were hipsters of any race doing any of that.

The n word in spanish is negro, which means Black. Don't see how that's racist
It's happened to me a couple of times. And I've seen it happen to a couple other black people that I know in social settings. They like to dress like hipsters and convince people that they are liberal or whatever they'll drop an n-word without hesitation. Some of the most consistently non-racist people I've been around were cowboy-boot wearing, big belt buckle wearing rural-white guys. I definitely don't judge all white people by how they dress or whether or not they are "hicks" or "hipsters".
Same here. I know some super redneck, tobacco chewing rednecks who will give me their shirt off their back and go out their way for me than me asking a white lib for help and them scoffing at me while holding their iced latte from Starbucks.
Yeah, I'm stereotyping there, but you get the idea.

Possibly because you were looking for racism?
Go to Google translator and plug this in:
"That black waiter is constantly getting orders wrong and trying to blame us."
Heck, I'll do it for you.

My brother had to shut down a job site for several days over a dangerous situation between black and Hispanic workers fighting and arguing. Several people lost there jobs.
How did it start?
A black guy was up on the scaffolding and spit, accidentally on a Hispanic guy below.
The guy who got spit on yelled up at the guy who he thought did it on purpose saying he was going to get his asz kicked.
One of the Hispanic guys on the scaffolding, a bit further down, asked who spit and the guy on the ground yelled up, in Spanish, that it was the black guy who did it.
The black guy heard the word "negro" and started telling the other black guys that one of the Hispanic guys called him the n-word. This resulted in a couple of black guys calling some of the Hispanic guys w*****ks, and it spiraled down from there to the point of two fist fights.
The site was shut down. HR did an investigation. Several people lost their jobs.

Go check my follow up post. If you really think I was just "looking for racism ", then you have a problem. I wasn't being called "negro". I was being called something else that I won't repeat here. It's in post #56. I was also being called "monkey" in Spanish as well as "Memin Pinguin".
its often used by friends as a term of endearment.
In Spanish ito is the diminutive and is often added to words to connote endearment. Pablo becomes Pablito, etc.. in English we add y or ie, Jimmy or Paulie
Fair skinned/blonde Hispanics are often called " Guero" or "guerito" as a term of affection, it's not an insult or demeaning. Same with negrito.
I hate to admit this but I once watched a reality tv show called I love NY and on the show a Hispanic guy called the main Black woman "mi negrita" She went ballistic and a couple of Hispanic members explained to her that it's not racist but a term of endearment. Pinche however is a curse word so I doubt in that context it's a term of endearment, but the word pinche is what really makes it racist not the term negrito
