How does he plan to help children when our own citizens sexually abuse them.
There's already a criminal justice system designed to deal with their abusers. But that's AFTER the fact. Can you think of any reason why we shouldn't deport people with a history of abuse so that we don't have even more abusers to deal with after the fact?
Well, the goal should be to help these people, treat them for their problem. People in medieval times felt the same way about people who suffer from mental problems and disorders that are easily treated and cured today, they said its impossible to treat them, they cannot be cured or treated, etc History has proven them wrong in many cases. Odd that many today still have the same 'punish, 'ostracize' , etc mindset.
Do the Immigration Forms ask if you have ever committed a crime, or if you have ever been convicted of committing a crime? There's a big difference there.
I think it's the latter, and with the examples listed, these POS's weren't convicted until after the fact.
I hope someone will correct me, but unfortunately, I think this is just another one of those hollow claims by the current administration that will be shut down in the courts.
