I am serious, listen to their own words.

"we must solve these challenges before we send people through this region of space."

Notice he is talking about 3,600 miles away from the earth. The moon is 220,000 to 250,000 miles away from the earth.

Yes and the world is not flat in case that is your second question.

Here's an honest astronaut.

"right now we only can fly in earth orbit that's the farthest we can go, and this new system that we're building is going to allow us to go beyond and hopefully take humans into the solar system to explore, so, the moon, mars, asteroids, there's a lot of destinations that we could go to..."

We need the speed. Even Mars at it's closest at around just under 35 millions miles is not gonna happen. And 35 million miles is like taking one step compared to a star that is light years away.

We need a jump drive.

You don't need to be an astrophysicist or engineer to figure this out. I'm neither. Wouldn't Soviets have known about foul play if there ever was one? Think of all that cold war espionage and race. Come on, they wouldn't have stopped laughing at NASA and y'all til this day.

Massive space lol
excellent point. if the moon landing was truly faked, the soviets would be harping it to death.

Nope.

In the Space forum section there is a thread discussing this.

Last week there was a photo of an astronaut where it looked like some stage hand was reflected in the visor. One thing we have learned through the centuries, at least I hope most of you, is never to trust anything our government says, and you don't have to be a conspiracy nut to know this.
