With the energy prices increasing looks like Oklahoma and Kansas have much to gain also. Lots and Lots of energy comes from Oklahoma and Kansas.

Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, North Dakota sure voted for their best interests when they rushed to the ballots last November to vote in President Trump in a huge, huge, huge landslide in those states.

Actually, here in Kansas, Trumps win was the closest in over 20 years for a Republican candidate. G W Bush won with more then 5% more then Trump. Kansas has only voted for Republican presidential candidates since we became a state.

That said, I hope we do see a job boom, we need it.

A president isn’t judged by having a good turnout at rallies, he is judged by actually getting legislation and policy inacted which is sorely lacking in this administration. Tax reform may be a larger embarrassment than his ACA repeal. So what did Trump specifically do to create all these jobs in the Midwest.

Maybe he increased energy prices?

lovecrowds appears to have cherry picked data and it might be misleading people

I just picked the first city on his list and checked his data...
Kansas LOST 5000 jobs over the last 12 months. that is a net loss not gain and here are solid sources with no cherry picked dates.

It is very clear some folk here more interested in propaganda and trying to make trump look good than actual news or useful data.

first one on the OP's list turned out to be very misleading as to what is really happening, i am assuming the entire list is just cherry picked cities and cherry picked dates to try to make trumpers feel better about this slowmotion disaster of an admin.

Wow. The thread’s assertion undercut and discredited by the sixth post.

No shock at all! Trumpers are grab-bagging, desperate beyond words for ANY positive result that the Great Pumpkin has done under "leadership" never mind that Otto the Orange makes Elmer Fudd resemble Winston Churchill in terms of leadership abilities

The reality is that the national job growth is on the same upward trajectory as it was for the last few years under Obama. It’s reasonable because Trump has enacted no major economic legislation. However, that doesn’t stop him from taking credit— like the rooster taking credit for the sun rising.

I’m still waiting for Trump to live up to his promise to coal miners about getting their high paying jobs back.

Our unemployment rate has been low for a long time, the problem is people are migrating away because there is little new job creation. Kansas’s economy has been stagnant for almost a decade. Luckily the housing crash never really effected us too much so we didn’t need a comeback like some places.
