I get a feeling something is up too. Also, Trump has been pressing Ivanka and Jared to move back to NY this past week. They were his right hand people.
I will take bets that Trump will not be POTUS by the end of next year. Anyone who follows the investigation from the legal standpoint (not political), will tell you that. There will be charges against him, and even GOP Congress won't have much choice (they are more actually wishing for that, will make their jobs easier and give them excuse to rid of a total imbecile from the WH).
Honestly, I'm not sure he is right. If Trump really was about to be removed from office I'm sure Keith Olbermann would stick around to see it happen. I suspect the real reason is that for his own sanity, he's just given up the fight.
Trump seems to be like Teflon, nothing sticks. He can say as many sexist and racist things as he likes, and his base just applaud him for it. He supports an alleged pedophile. He's in Putin's pocket. He says something inappropriate every time he opens his mouth. He's crass with no social graces, behaves and tweets like a child and is an embarrassment to the nation. All decency is out of the window and still he sits there and nothing seems to touch him.
I hope Keith is right and I'm wrong but I suspect the only things that will remove Trump from office are Democratic votes.
