Please present your evidence that Obama is meeting with a foreign leader dumb enough to think that Obama is still president and/or is currently an official representative of the United States.
For what purpose? Why is a former President meeting with world leaders? He is a private citizen. What business does he have meeting with foreign leaders. To undermine Trump? It would seem so.

Sounds to me like you're making a case against the Trump campaign.
