Didn’t he say he was staying to shoot at a seal? If so, then it was deliberate.

This isn't about politics... it's about right and wrong and moral clarity. Which is why it utterly escapes you.

Where did you get this nonsense? The gun was a SIG/Sauer .40 caliber. It has a DA/SA firing system which means that it can fire from the hammer at rest as in double action revolvers or it can fire with the hammer cocked as in single action semi-autos like the Colt 1911. If the hammer was at rest, which is likely, the trigger would require a long pull of 10-12 pounds before firing a round. It's extremely unlikely to have an "accidental" discharge with a trigger in double action mode. If the hammer was already cocked when he picked it up, and this seems unlikely, or if he cocked it himself, which also seems unlikely since supposedly he knew nothing about firearms, the trigger pull would have been a fairly short pull of about 5-6 pounds and with a good bit of take up typical of SIG triggers. Still hardly what I would call a "hair trigger".

Nope the discussion of shooting at the seal was part of an interrogation. That interrogation was played for the jury.

Like spreading false news?
Hahahahaha he was convicted with 7 felonies (released 7 times), on probation, and released from SF jail months prior to the shooting. Whats make you think he wont find his way back into the American public?

I'm so sad for California, the very law they pass to protect illegal immigrants are killing American citizens.

Btw: my statement was pure sarcasm everyone got but you. But it did have some truth.

I have never heard of a president named "Bubba"...
Well...Maybe you weren't born yet. Either that, or you don't pay attention to the news. Bubba is his nickname---a nickname that he likes.

Every time a criminal is released from prison, they should be given a free bus ticket to the Bay area. Let's deposit all of our trash there since they seem to celebrate it.

The few decent law abiding citizens left in San Francisco should get the heck out ASAP. The smart ones already have.

I'm a conservative and have no problems with good illegal immigrants that's already been here contributing for many years. But illegal immigrants committing felony after felony I could care less about. I'm all for sanctuary cites, just as long its not my city. I rather have all the low life scum illegal immigrants be in a sanctuary city then here, to be honest.

I just feel sorry for people living in a sanctuary city. A city that would consistently and purposely disobey immigration laws, and recklessly release criminal felon illegal immigrants back into the public.
