So, what Mueller has to show for that $7 million, so far...
An indictment for lying when the FBI already knew he'd lied.
An indictment for lying and for trying, and failing, to get the Trump admin to open a back channel to Russia.
An indictment for money laundering, when he'd previously been investigated for that very thing under the Obama administration, yet had never been charged for it while under that admin.

A stack of notes/emails by Comey that, per Gowdy, will not help a prosecutor who may try to bring obstruction charges, instead, those notes/emails will help the defendant who may be charged with obstruction.

Wow, just, wow

'Some' of the fall offs from the investigation...
Obama knew the Russians were up to something but hid that knowledge.
An investigator on Muellers team was removed, but not fired or investigated (why not?), for extreme suspicious behavior, part of which was in helping Comey change his draft from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless”.
Hillary/DNC hired and paid a foreigner to create a false dossier to damage opponent.
The infamous tarmac meeting, which the FBI claimed they had no records of.
U1 rearing it's head again with a deep throat witness.
etc., etc......................
Actually Obama had meetings with senior Congressional leadership--including Ryan and McConnell--and wanted to come forward prior to the election with information the CIA and the FBI had gathered as to the Russian involvement in attempts to hack the election systems in various states and involvement in the DNC hacking/Wikileaks disbursement

MCCONNELL to his every lasting shame put his foot down and forbade Obama to come forward with that info
Now yes--I fault Obama for even asking McConnell and the others their opinion
It was his call and his Intel Chiefs--and they should have had the stones to lay it all out and let the chips fall where they might...
But he didn't
But McConnell was NO WAY can you go forward with this info--
Why because McConnell knew how damning it would be in harming Trump with undecided voters--
And there were plenty of them being polled....

So your memory might be selective--but mine isn't...
McConnell with his waddles all aquiver has been obstructing the truth about Trump and Putin's involvement in the 2016 election since Obama brought the info forward and maybe even before
It wouldn't surprise me to discover when Mueller is done that the Russians through various entities contributed money to the RNC to get it to look the other way about lot of what was happening with Trump and Russia
Maybe to buy them off re the change in the party platform
Maybe to buy them off not to investigate and ask for recounts in close elections

To protect themselves
To protect someone else

Since Flynn did nothing ILLEGAL in your opinion--then it wasn't himself he was protecting...
So who WOULD Flynn lie to protect????
Not Kushner
Not Sessions
Not Manafort
Not Bannon
So Putin or Trump--you choose....

I respect your point, but I think Flynn is lying to protect his son, who is the father of Flynn’s grandchild.

I am sure he is but what could Flynn's son (dumb as he is) have been tasked with that Mueller would prefer to pinch the son vs Flynn---
I am sure the son did some illegal stuff but who was he talking to --no one of value--
He was probably even lower than George P the Trump team belatedly dubbed "coffee boy"
So I don't think Flynn's son was likely given any of the serious first-person duties that Flynn himself was...
His son wasn't the one asked to kidnap a resident-alien Turkish cleric wanted by the Turkish government...
His son wasn't the one sitting at the table in Moscow right next to Putin and across from Jill Stein...
His son was 3rd string, if that...
And the only reason he was there was because Flynn was his father and w/o his father he has NO job, NO connections...
So yes--Flynn Sr is the reason Flynn Jr got his tail in the crack to begin with
At least Flynn has the sense of duty to protect his son--
Unlike Trump who would push all his children (even Ivanka), his grandchildren and his dog if he had one into the ovens to save himself...
I rate Trump even worse than Hitler...

If he is innocent as he claims, he very well may be. If not so much, he will serve at Mueller's pleasure, and only if Mueller wills it. If he is guilty, criminal evidence introduced implicating him will destroy him entirely, even if his "friends" in the GOP can't muster the spine to vote for his impeachment. They will suddenly grow backbones only if and when they view Donnie Divot as a threat to their own little sinecures.

My money is on a regime change in the coming year.

If anyone is interested in Pence's role in this, Seth Ambramson does a pretty good analysis in this tweet storm.

Oh I know that's what y'all are wishing for to wit; a one party system where there are cradle to grave entitlements for anyone who sets foot on U.S. soil, free healthcare, free college, guaranteed minimum income for all,$15+ minimum wage if one does decide to work and a 30 hour work week with 5 weeks vacation and nobody can be terminated from a job without court approval along with total legalization of all narcotics.

Don't worry, the way we're currently headed neither the GOP or the DEMS will exist, we'll just be another banana republic governed by those who've consolidated power/money. A country where there are 2 distinct groups the "haves" and "have nots" with no middle ground.

The DNC was blatantly bought and paid for in the last "election" (if that's what you want to call it) guarantying the person/group that bought it would be the only one possible to be nominated through the primaries no matter what the DEM voters actually wanted.
That should scare the hell out of people but it didn't, they all just bought the party line that the GOP were the only evil ones, not the ones who bought and sold the nomination process.

At least YOU are being honest about wanting to destroy any further opposition to what the one party wants to make the country into...
