Relatively minor charge - when he could have been hit with a lot more..
I'm guessing he's a "cooperating witness".
So WHO is he testifying against?
Gotta be someone higher up
WHO could that be?
The charge, particularly after the recent split with Trump's legal team, suggests a plea deal with information forthcoming. And even that is speculation. The idea that this will ensnare Trump is just throwing darts in the dark.

Yes, for anybody wondering why Flynn is pleading to such weak charges.....he is ABSOLUTELY pleading down. Mueller had him on a lot more than just a process crime.
Flynn pleaded down in exchange for helping Mueller bury Trump and his homies.
Yesterday on Shepard Smith's news show on Fox News, Judge Andrew Napolitano expressed the opinion that Michael Flynn's legal team was angling for a plea deal, and that the only plea deal Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller would make would involve Flynn testifying regarding contacts between Russian agents and the Trump presidential campaign concerning the Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election. Napolitano specifically said that Mueller was looking for info as to what the president knew and when he knew it.
Napolitano added more this morning, and right after that a female reporter said that Flynn will receive 5-12 months (sentence) when, with other potential charges, he could have been facing 60 (yes 60) years. Later, a female commentator, Katie Pavlich, also mentioned the 5-12 months vs. 60 years.

He will be pardoned by Trump. He and Trump are as buddy-buddy as it gets.

Ya know what, I wouldn't be surprised if that does happen.
Unfortunately for Trump, he has no idea what that would do to his already poor credibility.
