Be nice. It’s just a spell check error, he meant “ruining”.

Sorry--no.

His average was about the same as Reagan's. And Obama took over during a recession on top of it.

Bill Clinton averaged around 55%, and he never got 50% of the vote.

Trump averages about 39%. That's enough to get him reelected because there are 200 million registered voters and it would only take about 65 million votes to win.
And we Trumpeteers do show up to vote.

Since the primary demographic groups that support Trump (white non-college grads and white Evangelicals) are losing share of total registrations in every state with each 4 year POTUS cycle just due to voter turnover with demographic change, unless Trump broadens his base, (which he is making absolutely no effort at doing), he will need either a higher turnout and/or higher percentage of those groups just to break even. You’ll need higher percentages in 2020 to break even and higher with each following 4 year cycle.

That’s why over the long term, the Trump coalition as it exists today isn’t sustainable. Without expanding the R base, over time victory will be more dependent of D voting groups just not voting because turning out the existing base simply won’t be enough.

That's a huge difference. And Trump didn't even win the popular vote. He won by a very thin margin spread over a handful of states. Pretty shaky.

Unless you got something specific, then you make personal attack too. You should know better.

So that's what you call a personal attack? The same stuff you throw out there at every poster who disagrees with you?

I think I've just discovered "Waldo's Rule".
