So, according to the GOP vast majority of Americans are a bunch of ***** chasing drunks, and not worth of a tax cut.

His comments were aimed at deep pocket, older farmers. That contribute big $$$$ for stuff like this.

Since you're describing some of my (favorite) relatives, you'd be hard pressed giving them a federal tax cut since they don't make enough official income to pay taxes.

They are referring to people who do not qualify for the estate tax, which means 99% of Americans, because the tax affected only those who were to inherit $5 million or more.
