It was inevitable. But like the Russian song and dance liberals are engaging that won’t go anywhere either.

Is this the third, watered-down version trump complained about? Huh.

It nice to see intelligent life on here someone who actually read the 2 paragraph article. The ban goes into effect for now, I don't see the point but certainly seems he has the right but not without restrictions.

The San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia, will be holding arguments on the legality of the ban this week.

Both courts are dealing with the issue on an accelerated basis, and the Supreme Court noted it expects those courts to reach decisions "with appropriate dispatch."
Quick resolution by appellate courts would allow the Supreme Court to hear and decide the issue this term, by the end of June.

This is more about what the constitution says is law, and how the Democrat party, nee the resistance, via their activist judicial appointees wipe their feet on it.

Yes..... and it's going on 20 years ago now.

There is a slight possibility that the situation has changed since then as far as where most terror groups are located.

As if 9/11 was the only attack anyways.........

So much winning!

Middle class tax cut
Common sense reform to national monument designations
Reduced importation of terrorists into this country
Record high stock market
Lowest unemployment rate in decades

Makes me wonder what's next? Maybe the wall?

Trump doesn't look tired either.
The future is bright and the country is moving in the right direction finely and finally.
You couldn't possibly be tired of winning. Trump hasn't won anything in his nearly year in office. This travel ban would be a first, and it only went through after numerous legal challenges, rejections, and revisions. For a POTUS who says he wins all the time, he loses more than any other President in recent memory.
