No one knows yet. But it might have something to do with a suspicion that Trump owes lots and lots of money to Russian oligarchs. If he does, and if he is at risk of appeasing Russia to save his family's fortune, that should concern every American.

I know it won't, but it should.

How do you know it's a waste of time and money? What is the length of the average investigation of federal financial crimes? Will it be a waste of time and money if it's shown that Trump violated federal statutes? Or sold out the interests of the U.S. for personal financial gain?

If Trump fires Mueller it will be a clear case of obstruction of justice. Be careful what you wish for.

To those who oppose these investigating's going forward I want to say this. As a taxpayer I/you have the right to know IF Trump or anyone else has been tampering with the elections. I don't care which party they belong too in the end it's going to cost us more money of we don't stop this now.

You can't do it because it isn't unconstitutional any more than a prosecutor investigating any other citizen for misconduct is unconstitutional. I won't hold my breath waiting for your answer.
"Unconstitutional" just means "I don't like it!!!!!"

Meuller should be given a deadline to release his findings, is he even sticking to his objective of "did he knowingly collude with Russia in the election" or just looking at everything they can to find a crime to convict. In other words "Show me the person and I will find you the crime" Meuller has spent 3.2 million, hired democrat prosecutors and had unlimited power and time. There is no way he won't find something to show for his effort, any person with money and power can have a charge thrown against them for something.
