That is correct, he doesn't do certain events. He does not offer wedding cakes for same-sex weddings.
Then he can not OFFER wedding cakes according to the law. Just like the restaurant can not serve only whites inside because they they do not offer seating to blacks.
If his beliefs and morals are offended by baking cakes, maybe he should become a mechanic.
Some Jews find handling pork offensive to their beliefs. They simply do not offer pork for sale to anyone. But they can not sell poke to Bob, but refuse to sell it to Jack.
Oh, great. Forcing a businessman to choose another occupation he has no interest or experience in? Illogical.
And in my small town with 2 bakeries within an hours drive? What about the two grocery stores? Or the one bank? It is entirely for a person to be shut out of all commercial transactions in a small town.

Thankfully, we now have the right people on the Supreme Court.

Why do you get to choose what is essential? What if the grocery store will sell me food, but only white bread and hot dogs. They are acting just like the baker picking and choosing what they will sell to who.
Or the bank will let me have a savings account but not an ATM card or check book they will still serve me but not those other services that are for straight people.
