I'd invite you to learn something about the legal concept of "Fruit of a poisonous tree". It is an exclusionary rule that disallows evidence gathered in an illegal manner among other things. Great you say, Mueller's team had their thumb on the scale, case dismissed.
Except, it applies to specific evidence and charges. So even if there's a problem with an individual on Mueller's team, he can simply not pursue that aspect of the case using that person's work product. The baby doesn't get thrown out with the bath water. If that's the way you want it to work, be prepared to let a whole bunch of bad guys out of jail because there are plenty of them in there that may have had evidence excluded but were still convicted on other parts their case.

Well we are now working on the 3rd revision, that is not a final decision by the supreme court. The 2 appeals courts are presenting arguments and the courts temporarily allowed the ban until a final decision.
Tell me, is this still a 120 day temporary ban while they figure things out?
