Blubbering cons can't handle that an athlete said they don't represent trump.

What is a "blubbering con"? It means something to you but not the rest of us here?
To me it was just a silly remark by a talented athlete who has taken one too many falls.
Public figure athletes and entertainment people are surrounded by so many admirers that they lose sight of their true role in life: Entertainment.
Only about half the people in this country have liked the government figures since Eisenhower, so it's no surprise.

Makes me think back to East Germany and the USSR back in the day that the school kids were all tested for athletic capability. Those who tested well went into a national development program to achieve great things and edify the nation.
In the United States you mostly had to have rich parents, especially in the Winter sports.
Under that system, there was very little ingratitude shown to the Soviet way of life. Nor to the American style.

Yeah, anyway, it is not required of an athlete to support the country that pays her bills when she doesn't like the person who happens to be the leader, right?
"And by the country" I mean the people who contribute to the USSA ski/snowboard association and the National Olympic Committee, because I don't think the government contributes much if anything. (Too late at night to look it up)
Which, on average, is money from people who one half support Trump, and one half don't. So she has irritated half of her sponsors. That won't effect my donation since she will retire at the end of this season anyway.
"And no one will take her place"

Looked anyway:
"The U.S. Olympic Committee, unlike its competitors around the world,
does not receive funding from the federal government for its Olympic programs.
Instead, Team USA athletes rely on the generosity of the American people to achieve their dreams."

Lets see. Trump as private citizen constantly belittled Obama.

Trump was an entertainer.

Therefore it is acceptable for entertainers to belittle POTUS. In fact, if you support Trump, then it is a duty for an entertainer to speak out politically.

Bottom line. She lost badly, and is at the age where she will just fade away. Buy bye. Plus she's gross. Ewww!
She can say whatever she wants, it is called freedom of speech.

About the age: she is 6 wins or something behind Stenmark , and probably still has enough fuel to overtake him.

Lastly, I watched the training downhill runs, she has as good chance for a medal as anybody. The only person on us team to have a chance.

IMO she can say whatever she want and we are entitled to feel about and say how we feel about her!

Just her private choices in partners shows she is not good in judging skills!

Oh we can handle it alright. We're used to people of privilege spitting in our eye and demanding our respect with the same septic mouth.

When she says, "Waa! Not My Pwesident! Waa!" ... She says, not my Americans. Please believe us, we voted for Trump on purpose, we're proud of our choice to do so, we love the results of said decision, and we'll do so again next election if he should run again.

I'm no more impressed by the Olympics than I was the failed NFL season.

I, unlike many cons, did not bash Obama, until the end of his presidency when the Echo-Chamber of the msm started to ramp down and I started to see the results of his 8 year apology Tour and his blatant assault on America with his sabotage tour.

You and I are far apart and will probably remain that way here on out.

Meanwhile, there's work to be done, and it will get done.
