He doesn't. Your view is pure BS.

The growth this year is the result of momentum created during the Obama administration.

As others have said - and which you stubbornly refuse to recognize - plant development, increase in GDP - i.e., growth - do not occur quickly - business plans begin years in advance. The effect is CUMULATIVE.

But keep telling yourself fairly tales.

Be aware this insane tax plan will bring this country much closer to another recession - and YOU LOSING YOUR JOB.

There will be NO NEW GROWTH from the $1.5Trillion deficit created. What we will have INSTEAD is higher interest rates, INFLATION, and recession.

So, be prepared. Of course that fool Trump will sign whatever POS is put in front of him because he doesn't understand ANYTHING, much less give a rat's a$$ about the future of this country.

It's all about what HE can put in HIS POCKET - and his ability to declare a "win" - no matter, in the end, only he and his ilk will be the "winners."

I believe a couple reminders are in order here ...

You can download the spreadsheet and calculate the numbers yourself if you don't believe me.

Yeah, we're pretty much at capacity. All the smart money says we shouldn't be tampering with what ain't broke. The goal of 4% GDP will not happen - and hasn't happened in the past. Yeah, in order to fund the govt, it would be great - but it's just a fantasy.

Trickle down has never worked and won't work this time, either.

If anything, those job numbers show a slowing of the economy - in addition to which there was a lot of talk that wages have not gone up even with the addition of the jobs. And, they won't go up either, as more and more third world countries come on line with their $1/hr labor.

This tax legislation is the beginning of the end of the good times. We cannot afford more debt to give meaningless tax cuts.

I would not say its booming but hit is doing quite well, still waiting for an explanation of what Trump did to spur this growth, renegotiate NAFTA, tariffs on companies leaving the US. The growth in jobs has been pretty consistent the past 6 years in any event, but its nice to see that many on the right now believe these numbers. I thought unemployment and jobs added were bogus the last several years, but now these numbers are embraced.

August and September saw food stamp usage increase. Septembers number is higher than the 4 previous months. All these jobs aren't paying much are they?

The news media treated Black Friday like "Johnny comes marching home" and gloats that there were record money spent. The thing is most of money is on credit cards.
What are the jobs paying? One college grad stated she got a job for $37k but she is also paying a $30k college loan and is forced to live with her parents.

I think a lot of the hyped news about the good economy is an attempt to put positive spin on a bad situation in the hopes that increased spending will save us all. All based on the strength of a plastic credit card.
One college grad stated she got a job for $37k"

What was he major?

"but she is also paying a $30k college loan"

Did anyone FORCE HER to get those loans?

If she is "smart" enough to go to college, she should be "smart" enough NOT to get into debt she can't handle.

"and is forced to live with her parents."

Again HER decision.

People, especially the millennials, need to LEARN to take responsibility for their OWN actions.
