Dems are powerless. Irrelevant. Haven't been so far out of power in more than 90 years. Whatever happens or fails to happen since Jan 20th is 100% on the Pubs.

Actually, tRump is a sniveling coward. If Mueller goes after him with an indictment, he'll probably pack his bags and leave in the night, scurrying back to his tower in NYC, hoping for a Pence pardon.

Or one from Ryan if Pence goes down with him.

It'll be fun to see.

Angry Rep. Adam Schiff Warns Republicans Are Moving to Shut Down House Russia Probe, Target Mueller

He says Republicans may try to close the investigation by the end of the month.

Republicans on the House intelligence committee appear intent on shutting down the panel’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election as soon as next Friday, according to the committee’s top Democrat. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) warned in a series of tweets that the move could presage an all-out GOP attack on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of possible Trump campaign coordination with Russia.
Schiff noted that Republicans have scheduled no witness interviews after Friday, December 22. That’s despite “dozens of outstanding witnesses on key aspects of our investigation that they refuse to contact” and unexecuted document requests. Committee Republicans did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Friday.

Yep, I heard this too. They have received marching orders to do anything to discredit. Obviously something big is brewing.

Is it the same Adam Schiff that was in and out of the committee room leaking to CNN when Don Jr. was testifying ?

He has more face time on TV than the NBC Peacock. Is he still moonlighting as a congressman ?

The louder the Pubs scream to stop the investigation, the closer the investigation must be to revealing the truth.
Carry on Mr. Mueller. Patriots are behind you.

Default Did anyone NOT expect this?-Trump-Russia: Republicans trying to kill off investigation

Top Democrat says move against House inquiry is a ploy to damage Mueller-FBI investigation, while Trump declines to rule out pardoning Michael Flynn.
“I’m increasingly worried Republicans will shut down the House intelligence committee investigation at the end of the month,” said Adam Schiff, who is the leading Democrat on the House intelligence committee.
So far the FBI’s investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election has ensnared at least four members of the Trump campaign’s inner circle. Mueller is under no obligation to provide information to Trump’s lawyers when they meet, CNN has reported.
