There is a little-known amendment to last year's budget that prevents federal funds from being used to do so. It is set to expire a week from Friday (Jan 19th), assuming it doesn't get extended again. But until then it is still hands off.
It looks like the crackdown may be much bigger and much more far-reaching than anybody could have ever imagined. It's not enough that we are going back to marijuana prohibition in all 50 states. They want to drug test everyone and then file charges against people who have a controlled substance in their system.
Party of small government? I worry we are headed fast towards a theocratic police state in this country. We are becoming a fundamentalist Baptist version of Iran or Saudi Arabia.
Test everyone This is becoming a little concerning.
Christian Sharia Law. That’s where we’re headed...
It does not seem to have anything to do with Christianity. Churches are not asking for this, and Trump does not even claim to be a Christian. This is simply him being an authoritarian.

Oh, Right! If Obama didn't want to enforce a law he simply told everyone to ignore it. Pot, immigration, voter intimidation, terrorism. whatever.
But Trump is so much of an "authoritarian" that he feels compelled to obey every law.

Yes, drug testing everyone is EXTREMELY authoritarian.

WTH is WRONG with you people?
I will answer your question.
Their brain cells are to fried to comprehend anything that makes sense.

I know of no evidence that either Trump or Sessions are seriously proposing to do what Dupont advocates.
It bothers me that Sessions considers this guy an advisor, but lots of people advise lots of bad ideas to government administrations.
