Apparently the perp's name is Akayed Ullah. Bangladeshi national. Seems like a number of terrorists come from Bangladesh. And right next door is India. Similar ethnic groups but no terrorism on U.S. soil. Why are so many terrorists from Pakistan and Bangladesh but none from India? I wonder if it could have something to do with religion.

India is not an Islamic country. Bangladesh used to be called East Pakistan and is an Islamic country. Don't equate Indians as being of the same mind set and ethnic group. Indians and Pakistanis/Muslims do not like each other very much and have had a long history of hostilities.

You'd have to actually meet the people. India, unlike the other two, has plenty of people with friendly mannerisms and have a much better economy due to the people being educated enough so that they are a good source for workers.

But the Muslim minority in India does have good relations with Pakistani Muslims.

Of course they do but they make up only about 11 percent of the population. They would like nothing more but to make India Islamic like Pakistan. It's not happening. The vast majority of Indians are devout Hindus. India and Pakistan have fought several wars due to religious differences boundaries.
