Both you and anyone with both hemispheres of the brain knows, that the mere accusation is enough in the court of public opinion. And that is exactly what you're aiming for.
This is simply Democrats playing games for political points with their lowest common denominator of their base. They're hoping that the "investigation" will still be unfinished when mid-terms come up so that they can create a never ending story of speculation, just like they have with the Russia "investigation."
No one is accusing anyone of murder. 17 women have come out against Trump with sexual harassment/assault claims. Hell, he even admits being able to kiss women without their permission. I say investigate. If there is no wrongdoing, no harm, no foul.
Take it to court. Otherwise, it's nothing unless Trump self-admits to the deed.
This is what the left has for winning elections... racial divisiveness and sexual allegations (which has continued to bite them back with their own guilt).

Every day we wake up to 5 more men who have been accused of sexual harassment. When will it stop? Some of these accusations go back over 30-40 years. Some of the accusations like rape are serious but many are minor and they are all thrown into the same pot. This minimizes a claim of child molestation or rape. Let's see, the harasser flirted inappropriately, asked them out on a date when they were young, or tried to kiss them. One woman who dated the idiot Moore in Alabama was 17 and said it was consensual but today she said it is creepy. It was more common years ago. Remember Elvis Presley? Jerry Lee Lewis? Look up their history.
According to some of these frivolous allegations, I have been sexually harassed and almost ALL of my female friends have too. We survived all the "trauma" and were able to live normal lives. Give me a break.
