I'm not sure how long this one will stay open but it's hard to think of a bigger example of an out of control justice system. The article explains the actions without it doing it explicitly, but the police force and courts was still backing this overall.

This is also an example of something else I've noted. Those who go to such extreme's often have their own demons they are trying to either hide or bury.

A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday in favor of a Virginia man who, as a teen, was once ordered by a lower court to be photographed while masturbating in the presence of armed police officers.

Isn't it amazing that it got that far?

"Abbott then obtained a second warrant authorizing police to escort Sims to a hospital for an "erection-inducing injection." This injection ultimately never took place after massive public outcry."

Way to go Virginia.

Talk about grounds for a lawsuit! The cops behind this were obviously a bunch of prerverts. If that had happened to me, I'd really be hacked off.

Not suprising. We live in time when a cop can basically shoot and kill someone for holding a ham sandwich.
Laws and crimes where there are no victims, but the state itself. Asset forfeiture laws that empower the littlest hamlet to rob motorists as the highwayman of olde once did.
Heroes one and all.
