Child birth, is not without risks of its own to the woman- something that is fairly often ignored by such as your self.
What is the risk of an abortion to a baby in the third trimester?

That's not an abortion. If you want to talk infanticide, have at 'er.

In general, only my own medical decisions are my business. I don't decide when someone else should have heart surgery, and I don't decide when another woman has an abortion.

For some odd reason, men like to make women’s bodies their business!

If the fetus can live outside the womb, no abortion. If you don't want the baby, put it up for adoption. There are lots of couples desperate to take it.

Fetuses and babies which are defective and likely to die anyway should be kept alive until body parts can be harvested to save viable babies.

What is the difference between a premie delivered two weeks early and a baby in the womb that will be delivered in two weeks?

You have three groups of people in this discussion:
1. Those who want to ban all abortions.
2. Those who want essentially no restrictions in the first trimester, some restrictions in the second trimester and heavy restrictions in the third trimester.
3. Those who want no restrictions at all.

Group 3 is just as radical as group 1.

I’m a group 2 guy.

Yes, women ("females") should have control over their own bodies. They should not have the same decision making power over the bodies of another woman, or other persons for than matter.
Trouble is abortion is not their body but a live person they are choosing to kill. They should have the choice to keep their legs together or use birth control. They should not have the choice to kill their baby any more than the choice to kill a 12 year old. Anyone who does not know there is no difference between the two is an ignorant person who has no knowledge of life's reality.

At a point, yes. And even past that point, there are some very limited circumstances where it is justifiable. You can’t ask or demand a woman sacrifice her life. There can also be some extreme medical conditions for the baby where it’s arguably justifiable.
