This Is How Steve Bannon And Breitbart Tried To Sabotage Twitter

Quote:
For more than a year before he became Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Steve Bannon sought to wage war against Twitter, tasking Milo Yiannopoulos and other Breitbart News employees to look into editorial, financial, and legal ways they could harm the Jack Dorsey–led social network.
Quote:
These messages, and other documents shared with BuzzFeed News, reveal a strategy to conduct a sustained, three-pronged war against Twitter. It included a deluge of negative coverage about Twitter on Breitbart, explorations of potential litigation against the San Francisco company, and nascent plans to sabotage Twitter’s volatile stock with financial institutions and traders.
Quote:
The emails from within Breitbart expose the measures Bannon, the brawling champion of the new populist conservative politics, is willing to take to humble the tech giants — a fight he continued in the White House and has kept up since leaving the administration in August.
A lot MORE at the link. Very extensive article.

Thanks for starting a thread. I have already been accused of being with CNN once. LOL I have been here two years but with my low post #'s the cult will be screaming "Southern Poverty Law Center" at me next. Who knows? I can't believe they have brainwashed this many people.

This country is being had by Breitbart. I just hope things like this coming out show the depths of it.

ignore the "cult" open as many threads as you like. The cult of 45 attack facts and posters who post facts. There no easier way to get the core cultist angry and crying than to just stick to facts and guess what. CNN is very factual in their reporting. Sure CNN OPINION shows are bias, but the news and the stories are very much facts based.

I imagine this thread will be shut down soon, but thanks for posting. The Fake News crowd are the biggest suppliers of fake news. I remember when posting a link on a public BB from breitbart would get you clowned out of the room, now, the far right cling to them like a blanky. It truly is cult like.

Thanks, wish I had more time. I have found out some interesting things and read a lot of informative things here too. I have no problem with other opinions but it's kind of hard to discuss issues when facts are ignored. You are right, they sure do freak out.... almost like shining sunlight on a vampire. I hope as another poster said that thread won't get taken down.

This story just came out today so I would think the MSM will pick up too soon.
