I think there is some dirt there. When you read threads going back eight years ago ,she was already "oma-who-rosa." I think Trump has kept her in the loop all these years. When he ran for President he didn't just say I'll call up my old friend Omarosa and see what she is up to.
i only saw the first season she appeared but..... she was incompetent, argumentative, lied, despised by her teammates and quick to play the victim whenever she was held accountable for her actions. the whole reason she became a breakout star was because she was universally hated by the audience and that was good for ratings.
she was fired from that season ( to the joy of both teams ). you have a strange definition of "kicking ass".

A known, vocal Trump supporter said in the Election forum yesterday that blacks finally got off the couch from smoking crack and collecting welfare checks to go out and vote. (Still allowed to post, btw)

I can see where contentious and incompetence would be good on a reality show, but in the WH?
She was interviewed today on one of the morning news shows and appeared angry and defensive. Says she will speak later at length about life inside the Oval Office. Should be entertaining to say the least.
